Thank you for shopping with Respect The Greys (RTG). We appreciate your support and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Return & Refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✔ Within 14 Days
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
✔ Unused & In Original Condition
Items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
Free of perfumes, deodorant marks, makeup, or stains
With original tags and packaging
✔ Eligible Products
Most apparel items—including T-shirts, hoodies, dresses, and polos—are eligible for return.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
❌ Custom designs / Personalized products
Items made with custom RTG logos, names, special prints, or special requests cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
❌ Sale or Clearance Items
Final sale items are non-returnable.
❌ Worn or Used Apparel
Items that show wear, odor, damage, or signs of use cannot be accepted.
3. Exchanges (Sizing or Style)
We offer exchanges for:
Wrong size ordered
Item doesn’t fit as expected
Exchange for a different color or variation
Exchanges must follow the same return conditions as above.
If the item you want is out of stock, we can offer:
Store credit
A refund (if eligible)
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send us:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the damage or incorrect item
We will replace the item at no additional cost or refund you if a replacement is unavailable.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item), we cover shipping.
If the return is due to customer reasons (size, color preference, changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued once:
The item is received and inspected
Return eligibility is confirmed
Refund Method:
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
Processing Time:
Inspection: 2–4 business days
Refund: 5–7 business days after approval
Please note: Banks and card providers may take additional time to process the credit.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After production or fulfillment begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
